Microsoft Office

Integration with Microsoft Office package applications allow to print serial correspondence in Word programme, sending mails in Outlook programme, creating diagrams and its own reports in Excel and Access.

ODBC drivers

System openness ensures easy co-operation with other applications of Windows environment. Other applications can have access to the data created in ODL system. ODBC device allows the specialist who implement and integrate it to adapt the product to individual user needs

Copy-Paste command

Copying data from lists and reports to saver allows to paste them immediately to selected applications. This function really simplifies the process of creating any documents and reports.

Data export and import functions

ODL system has got a lot of built-in mechanisms of data import and export to external sources. Therefore there is a possibility of remote goods, contractors, documents and accounts registering. One mechanism is especially worth-mentioning EDI – Electronic Documents Interchange. EDI allows you to receive and send sale and order documents from independent entrepreneurs, that is big shopping networks and hypermarkets.

Co-operation with fiscal devices

ODL system co-operates with the majority of fiscal printers.

Portable invoicing devices

ODL system operates the devices such as Pocket PC Set110,120,125 and Psion WorkAbout type. It can operate any amount of such devices. It creates a separate goods stock and identification number (to distinguish the documents issued by this particular device) for each of them.

Co-operation with stock worker support devices

Thanks to the introduction of bar code readers it is possible to enhance control and speed up the operations performed at stock premises. ODL system co-operates with stationary and portable bar code readers and label printers. Those devices support the goods identification process with the accuracy according to serial numbers.
