Internet order module for PolkaSQL programme is the software which allows to use the opportunities WWW technology offers for company management. Our objective was to provide convenient and effective solutions operated from the level of internet browser. i-Polka Orders allows to submit orders for selected goods by internet browser quickly. Orders go to PolkaSQL programme where they are subsequently processed. Order fulfilment status is displayed on the internet. The programme has been developed so that an order can be created as quickly and optimally as possible (e.g. copying previous orders, searching by catalogue numbers). Internet orders allow to reduce costs of permanent customer service and to improve the quality of service provided. i-Polka Orders has been developed for the companies which deal with whole-sale and have a register of permanent customers.

i-Polka Shop is a convenient device which allows to create internet shop co-operating with PolkaSQL programme quickly. i-Polka Shop allows to present information and sell goods at websites. Internet shop allows to find a given product according to many features. Complete order is organized according to commonly accepted rule of “a shopping basket”. Shop customers can define various modes of delivery and payment. The order submitted and the payment made appear in PolkaSQL programme where they are subsequently processed. Customers can continuously check their shopping account. i-Polka Shop is accompanied by devices to administer internet users and report access.
