Order forms for delivery agent
Implementation of effective methods to create orders for delivery agents is one of the most important methods of cost reduction at companies. PolkaSQL provides several methods supporting orders management. They can be generated on the basis of:

all outstanding orders and customers

the orders which are not currently addressed (they are on they way)

minimum and maximum stock contents for goods

information about typical delivery deadlines concerning particular goods

information about sale for the previous period
The above mentioned criteria allow for the automation of order issuing process. You can also make final corrections of the amounts suggested by the programme. Built-in mechanisms allow to monitor the status of order fulfilment for delivery agents.
Registering purchase (local and foreign)
The process of sale documents issuing can be a part of document circulation or it can be based on orders to a delivery agent. The purchase is registered both within material range (Pz document) and the financial one (purchase invoice, payment registration).
SAD documents operation
PolkaSQL allows to enter data from SAD documents in the issued document of acquiring goods at stock. The programme modifies stock prices of particular goods accordingly.
