EwkaSQL allows to make entries in a commercial book according to the Act on Accounting and regulations of the Ministry of Finance. Many book collections can be stored in data base of one company. The period of each book collection is defined and can be 24 months long
Main Accounting Book is divided into journals defined by the user. The journals can be numbered automatically or by the user (with recommendation available.
It is possible to define a selected company account plan according to the requirements and characteristics of the company. An account contains two slots: synthetic - 3 digits, analytical - 15 characters, name and alternative name (second language). We can enter the whole of or a part of contrary account. You can describe the rule how an account works for company plan in the remark slot.
Functionality and convenience for the operator who enters data (before registering them in accounts): the programme allows to edit and correct entries, combine documents in collective documents, divide collective documents or transferring documents and records to other operators. It also allows to print the decree before or after registering it in accounts and to register serial account of a selected part of a buffer.

to correct account records, VAT and account records in open accounting period
to copy evidence in order to multiply evidence (monthly depreciation, permanent accounting, reversing, multi accounting)

to access all files and dictionaries during entering documents (accounts, document types, journals, contractors, financial reports, etc.)
to access accounting evidence file during creating decrees which allows to find a source document and indicate a reference document during reversing entries
after registering each evidence in the accounts you receive a full information about changes to accounts balance during registering accounting evidence (turn-over, balance before and after making an entry)
payment settlement can be automatic or by user (payments are matched with invoices)
running full and multi-currency records of unsettled accounts
automatic counting of
exchange rate differences, exchange rates differences list without
registering in accounts, automatic registering of exchange rate
differences in accounts, etc.
Searching device of the programme allows to find data according to selected criteria and it marks the data found automatically. Marking allows to perform a selected activity in a series in the group of marked entries.

multi-sources opening balance sheet based on one and multi-year book collections with the possibility of reshaping accounts (corporate opening balance sheet)
Opening balance sheet is made from the accounts point of view without losing information about payment deadlines, interest notices and monitory reminders issued during the previous accounting period. Accounting history is created according to the method precedent-subsequent in multi-year book collections.
Contractors register has got the mechanisms which allow:
to find all contractor accounts, their turnovers and define payment balance
to join contractors and their records which were entered twice
to obtain settlement history with the information about payment quality, current situation, value of punitive interest or our debt to the contractor by one click
to issue a proper financial document: transfer, notice or monitory reminder
runs a purchase register and sale register according to VAT regulations and sub-registers according to document type, document source, contractor group, etc.
runs import purchase register and export sale register. You can obtain sub-register lists for tax analysis requirements or sale or purchase structure
calculates, registers and prints VAT-7 declaration
Recording purchase, sale and export sale is an integral part of accounting register. VAT declarations are prepared and permanently recorded in the programme (it is possible to compare the declarations recorded).
It is an elaborate part of the programme containing very valuable information for the process of monitoring financial resources account in contractors turnover and for foreseeing the recourses arrival at the account. Financial co-operation with contractors history means first of all the lists of:
nsettled and undivided accounts
transactions for monitory procedure
transactions with interest
synthetic lists of accounts
leaving receivables forever [at the account]
defining receivables/liabilities for a selected day in the past
Accounting based on basic account plan will sometimes not suffice or can prove inconvenient to achieve the proper level of analysis or synthesis of the information concerning economic events. In such cases EwkaSQL programme provides a flexible and highly efficient device: profile analysis accounts. Those are the profiles of records defined by the users and co-operating with basic plan. They allow to analyse costs (also on the level of product range) You can also run this kind of records “back in time” and you can even modify their structure while working by other definition of profile analysis needs. Profile analysis accounts can co-operate with product range dictionaries and they can contain e.g. sales offer of a company.
How to check and verify the entries made? How to make sure quickly whether you can close a report period? Those are very time and energy-consuming problems. Thanks to the continuously developed module of entry check we can save a lot of time and we can rest assured that the data entered are of high quality. Main check lists include:
checking VAT register entries from the point of view of the register and from the point of view of VAT accounts
checking account settlement entries from the point of view of the main accounting book and from the point of view of register
checking the consistency to provide for balance matching
Balance sheet and financial results are basic reports used in accounting. However, there are a lot of questions which should be answered by a modern financial-accounting programme without resorting to search for particular values or indicators. Therefore we have created financial report tool which provides a device for defining reports. Once you define a report it can contain all information required by company management and it can present the information as a printed table. It saves a lot of time and it makes decision process much easier. It is also a peculiar interface between “accounting language” and “business language” – a manager doesn’t analyse the value from accounts, but rather the indicators he defined himself and described in “his” language. The reports created can be printed according to selected layouts, they can be transferred to other applications or published on the internet
